Yaaaaay!

The rain let up for a few hours this afternoon and I was able to get some great shots of this sweet family. These kids were INSANELY well behaved (considering it was FREEZING COLD outside). Even little Mr. Cooper was shivering! I was amazed at how fast our shoot went. We were finished in about 45 minutes and I came home with some great shots. Thanks for an easy afternoon!

I love this weather

EXCEPT on a weekend that I have 4 outdoor sessions scheduled... Ahhhhhh. Oh well. Audrey and I have had a fun weekend playing while daddy's hunting. She's teething so I've had to be extra creative and find ways to keep her busy... Friday night we had our friends Cynthia and Ian over and we played then went to dinner at Red Robin. YUMMMMY! Today we ran errands and ate lunch with big Audrey. Tomorrow we are going to breakfast, finishing laundry :) and then HOPEFULLY (my fingers are crossed) the weather will hold up and I'll have a shoot at 3. So, that means there should be a sneak preview up by tomorrow night... Please don't rain, Please don't rain, Please don't rain....

Enjoy these pics of Audrey and her boy version.. Ian :o) (I think they look alot alike!)

Worth the Wait

Thanks for being patient while I worked on these in between cooking and getting my house ready for a houseful of people on Thanksgiving. I had a fun time with you guys. Here are a few of my favorites from our session. Hope you enjoy your pictures! (I will post the rest for proofing in the morning)

Jason and Nicole

Jason and Nicole and I headed out to get some Christmas card pictures... We had a little fun while we were out and got some not-so-Christmas-card pictures. Aren't they HOT?? hehe. Love you guys! Ya'll Rock!!

Ayden and Friends

They are friends but they are also cousins :) I met up with my friend Gena this weekend for some Christmas card pictures and a few others. I'm not posting the one of Gena and Ayden alone because I don't want to ruin the surprise for her Christmas cards but here is a little peek into our session.

Sweet Little Tatum

I think I just might love photographing babies... This is little Miss Tatum and she was such a sweet baby. She was so content and happy. The numerous wardrobe changes and position changes didn't phase her a bit. If only they were all this easy :o)

Ok, Ok... I know there's a Mommy and a Mimi that are dying to see these pictures. I won't keep you waiting any more. Thanks for welcoming me into your beautiful home. Enjoy!

Now for number 2

Here is a little sneak peak at a family that I shot this afternoon. Their sweet baby Lila was A-DORABLE!!! I decided not to post their "formal family picture" because I'm thinking they are gonna want to use it for their Christmas cards and I would hate to ruin that... So, here's a look at that sweet baby.

Sisters

These girls have the prettiest eyes! Meet Lauren and Kayla. We had a good time walking around town this morning. Mom didn't come- she trusted them to meet me and get some great pictures... I think she will be pleased...

Not so little any more

Ok, so maybe she hasn't been little for a while now... But she will always be my little sister.

I met my sister Audrey (yes, my daughter and sister share the name... we call her Big Audrey :o) and her puppy Lola at the park on Monday night for a mini-session. We got there just in time for just a few shots right before the sun went down.
I am so proud of the beautiful, talented, responsible, independent woman you have become. And I love that we have become so close. (I would have NEVER in a million years thought that we would be working together- much less become best friends) I had a great time eatin' sushi with you tonight... thanks for teaching me the ropes. I love you!
